Most of you played mobile games like Snake, Dr. Driving, Hill
Climbing, Bounce and many more right? Have you ever thought that
playing mobile games can also be a career? Yes, it is true. In today's e-sports
era mobile games have a very important role to play. Let's introduce to you
about the e-sports first. E-sports, short for electronic
sports, is a form of competition using video games. Even though esports may not be as
physically demanding as traditional sports but it has a strong fanbase. Esports
is also unfurling a legit career path for the gamers.
In
the past, the e-sports competition only takes place for PC games. The
opportunities were so limited then. But in recent years, after mobile games
entering online sports competition, it has created a lot of opportunities. People
don’t need a high qualification pc to practice or participate in a tournament.
They can participate simply with their phone. The investment is very low to
enter mobile esports. If someone has skills nothing can stop him/her to rule
the mobile esports.
What
is the history of Mobile E-sports? Although though the e-sports sector is just
a few decades old, it has already advanced significantly from the Stanford
University campus to massive stadiums with thousands of fans where teams
compete for millions of dollars. The first e-sports event took place in 1972,
and it featured a spaceship game. Mobile gaming has been around for ten years
and has grown over that time. Nevertheless, mobile e-sports changed when PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds
debuted on mobile devices in early 2018. The game's release signaled the
beginning of the mobile gaming craze.
The
youth is the dominant user of mobile esports nowadays. Slowly and steadily more
games released and their e-sports started to grow fast. Such as: Freefire, Pokémon
unite, Clash of Clans, Call of duty and many more. The officials also throw
some big tournaments with a great prize pool. The biggest prize pool for a mobile game tournament is $10 million, set by the Honor of Kings International Championship 2022.

By seeing the growth of mobile e-sports many
famous pc games started to create the mobile version of those games. For
instance, Apex Legends, PUBG PC, Dota 2 etc. Already these games entered the
mobile e-sports world. Even the most famous game Valorant is working to release
their mobile version soon.
Content creators to professional gamers, are
facing both positive and negative impacts. Mobile esports in Bangladesh is
growing slowly but the number of online players of those games are huge. The
development of mobile e-sports in our nation has already been significantly
influenced by PUBG and FreeFire. Even a Bangladeshi mobile e-sports team A1 Esports represented Bangladesh twice
in a global level. Many gaming companies build their teams and hire players by
giving them contracts. Even some big organization pay their players but the
amount depends on their performance. For example: 4AM, XQF, RRQ, Soul, Global
Esports are the names of some famous mobile esports team. Believe it or not,
many famous pc gaming organizations already entered the mobile esports. Such
as: Fnatic, Cloud9, G2 Esports etc
In the world mobile esports is ruling. Mobile
esports players are getting very good salary just for playing under the name of
their organization. But in our country just when people started to believe that
mobile esports player can be a career, government banned the 2 most popular
games PUBG & FreeFire. Still there are many mobile games which can be the
future of esports in our country.
To conclude, mobile esports has become a worldwide
phenomenon. People are making their careers here. Sports shouldn’t confined up
to traditional games only, everyone should get a chance to explore and try
something through mobile esports At past,
parents used to scold their children because of playing too much games.
Nowadays, some parents scold their children so that they play and grind harder.
The government also should give some attention to grow the mobile esports scene
because this thing has a very bright future.
